Wild Leaf | General Return Policy
These are Wild Leaf's ("Wild Leaf", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Wild Leaf website.
- Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.
- We know that you will appreciate receiving a brand new never - opened product and not someone's exchange or return.
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.

Products will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Wild Leaf
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service.
