Error 2046 Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction, contact your bank or try again later.

Error 2038 Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction, contact your bank or try again later.

Error 1000 The billing information provided does not match what is on the card. We cannot override this, please double check the information. If it still does not work, contact your bank. You will see pending transactions for every one of these errors you get, they will fall off within 2-3 days.

Error 0 Your credit card number is invalid, or unsupported.

Error 2004 This credit card is expired.

There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from us. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. These are Wild Leaf's ("Wild Leaf", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Wild Leaf website.

  • Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.
    • We know that you will appreciate receiving a brand new never - opened product and not someone's exchange or return.
  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
  • Products will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from Wild Leaf
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
    • Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service.
